Panos Alexandrou
Mr. Panos Alexandrou holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Management from the University of Surrey and has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of London, London Business School.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the development, finance and investment sector within the real estate, trading and energy industries. His work experience expands across multiple managerial positions in various organizations in the UK and in Cyprus.
Mr. Alexandrou is the founder and director of The Prosperity Group Ltd in the UK with offices in the country and several subsidiaries in Cyprus. He is also the Founder and Director of Alexandrou Corporate Services Ltd.
Among other companies, he holds a directorship and represents MCC Modular Living, part of the Metallurgical Corporation of China (MMC). Within the Energy sector, Mr. Alexandrou is the founder and one of the directors of Solidgate Trading Ltd, a company holding shares in Eco Atlantic Oil and Gas Ltd.
Mr. Alexandrou is a member of various organizations such as the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce, the Russian – Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and the China – Cyprus Chamber of Commerce. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Management (IM) and the Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineers (IEE) in the UK.
Nicos Savva
Mr. Nicos Savva holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing and Management and he has been a Business Process Improvement (BPI) Certified Black Belt since 2010, having knowledge and experience with Process Mapping, Lean and Six Sigma.
He has more than 30 years of experience in Operations, Business Development and Management. Throughout the years he has acquired significant experience and extensive knowledge in acquisitions, integrations and in managing large-scale cross-functional programmes and projects.
In 1994, he joined Nielsen Company and during his 25 years career at the organization he has held high-profile positions including those of Managing Director for North Africa and Levant Countries, Operations Director for the MENAP and AFRICA regions, Global Trade Dimensions leader, as well as the positions of Cartography, Acquisition and Global Integration Leader. Over the years at Nielsen he has successfully set-up new offices and has supported in the restructuring of others in MENAP, Africa and Asia regions.
He has been awarded multiple individual and team awards including the Reach and Read Africa program individual award in 2012, the MENAP Excellence Award in 2007, the Individual award for the North Africa and Levant region in 2005 and the MENAP individual and team award in 1999, in recognition of an exemplary performance in Operations and over achievement on financial and personal objectives.
He joined the Prosperity Group as the Chief Operating Officer in June 2019.
Vassos Kilanis
Mr. Vassos Kilanis holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hotel and Catering Management from the Higher Hotel Institute of Cyprus and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hotel and Catering Management from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of hotel management, Mr. Kilanis has held various managerial positions in luxury Cyprus hotels including Coral Beach Hotel and Resort, Le Meridien Spa and Resort, Thalassa Boutique Hotel, Amathus Beach Hotel and Mediterranean Beach Hotel. He has experience in managing hotel renovations and refurbishments and in developing new hotel concepts from architectural design to staff training.
He has been a general secretary of the Board of Directors and president of the Cyprus Hotel Managers, a vice president of Cyprus Hoteliers Association in Limassol and is currently a member of Chaine De Rotisseurs and of Cyprus Sommeliers Association.
Mr. Kilanis joined the Prosperity Group as the Director of Ho.Re.Ca. for Limassol Agora in December 2019.
